Our car was written off in a bad car accident and we needed to have a vehicle right away to get back to work. I tried to get a loan from the bank, but was declined. I knew that after making some poor financial decisions in the past, and with a very average credit report, my chances of getting finance from a car yard were probably impossible. I then read on Facebook that Fast Start Cars would get us in a vehicle - somehow. We’d be able to use a subscription car until we could work out a way to get our own car. So I called.
I was straight up honest with Will from our first conversation. I told him about our financial challenges, past and present and honestly, I thought his answer would be that there was no way we’d be able to have our own car anytime soon. BUT I underestimated Will’s determination. He went above and beyond for us. We were offered a subscription vehicle which we gratefully accepted, while he worked so hard to negotiate the best finance deal for us. In less than a week, Will secured finance and the impossible became possible. We were able to shop for a brand new car. Here we are now. We’ve just picked up our new Chery Tiggo 4 and we absolutely love it. I honestly didn’t think it would be possible, but it really happened. Now, it’s not all rainbows and unicorns. We have to make some financial changes over the next year to improve our credit rating. But we’re getting ongoing help and advice from the Fresh Start Cars team to get us there. They really know their business and all the advice they’ve given us has been bang on. This time next year, our credit report will show a big improvement. There’s way more that I could say about Fresh Start Cars, but I don’t want to write a novel!  If you’re reading this, please just do this for yourself. Give them a call, just talk it over. There’s no weirdness, no pressure, no annoying sales pitches. Just tell them your situation and see what happens. You won’t find anyone who works harder to get you in a car.
